Medina Lake Drying Up As Drought Continues

For a lifelong Texans like myself it is heartbreaking watching once proud Lone Star State lakes drying up. One body of water in particular that is almost gone is Lake Medina. With a water volume of only 4% of capacity, almost all recreational activity is gone. Other lakes like Meredith in the panhandle and Allen Henry near Lubbock are quickly turning into nothing more than giant mud puddles.
