Apparently, some Texas insurance companies are taking it upon themselves to cancel or raise premiums on customers who call their agents to ask questions. Example: One policyholder had his insurance cancelled when he called his agent to inquire about a leaking roof. The policyholder decided to hold off on the repair and when his policy was up for renewal, the insurance company cancelled his coverage. I don't think this is fair.
